Managing & developing their standard product range. Using Creo software 3D e-models of my ideas were created, which were then development to create technical drawings for manufacture both in-house & outsource. My role also included creating Manufacturing guides (2D Graphics) using Xara software. I designed the packaging for the downlight range, where it was drop tested & approved by the client. I was also assigned the labels, where I learned the BarTender program to assist the client with their requested changes, provide samples, produce for our first batch for production & train colleagues how to use the printer.

June 2012 - June 2015

Creating 3D e-models using the computer software of AutoCAD & Solidworks. Architecture drawings & 3D e-models (different formats) were used to produce shelled e-models of buildings designed by the client. These were then ‘grown’ in the 3D printers & used for the engineering tests. This role also included creating '2D graphics' where AutoCad drawings were used to present the engineering results that are integrated within the reports to the client.
Another part of the role was to create 2D drawings in AutoCAD of 'Disc Traces' (OS information of a surrounding area to the target building). These were then programmed for the CNC machine to be engraved & cut out.
